On January 12, 2024, Global New Material International Holdings Limited New Products Launch 2024 was held in Lotus Villa, Liuzhou City. With the theme of “technology, fashion and environmental protection”, this conference released 5 new products and technologies that lead the development trend of the industry, as well as 10 popular colors of the year. On 5th December, Global New Material International’s core subsidiary, Luzhai Chesir Pearlescent Mica Material Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Luzhai Chesir “), received a capital increase of RMB1 billion in cash from Tonglu New City Development and Investment Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Tonglu New City”).The current round of capital increase for Luzhai Chesir was successfully completed。

Global New Material International would like to express our warm thanks to all that make this great event such a fruitful and rewarding experience for us. Looking back, there are countless highlights worth recalling.
On the second day of China International Coatings Exhibition, Global New Material International [E5.F21] and CQV [E4.F29] booths, still full of popularity, were crowded with customers.Up to press time, we received thousands of old & new customers from home and abroad at our booths, who constantly came to consult with us about our products. After in-depth negotiations with the company’s sales team and technical experts, many customers left their contact information and expressed a clear intention of cooperation.
On November 15th, 2023 China International Coatings Exhibition officially kicked off at Shanghai New International Expo Center, where thousands of people gathered and enjoyed the event. Global New Material International made a wonderful appearance and gained significant attention by showcasing a dazzling array of 82 products in eight series, including the new Titanium-free series and the newly upgraded Diamond and High-purity series, etc.. CQV, with its new Neoflop™ series and highly popular Stellar™ series, also gained a lot of attention and praise from customers on the first day of the exhibition.
On October 18, Global New Material International held the 2023 management meeting, which was attended by senior executives from this company, CQV and Chesir. Su Ertian, chairman of the board and chief executive, made arrangements for the company’s rushing plans in the fourth quarter at the meeting, requiring all business sectors to make every effort to ensure the full achievement of all business targets for the whole year.
From October 16th to 18th, the project integration team of CQV from Korea visited and exchanged ideas with CHESIR, mainly communicated with them on further integration and discussed on how to achieve the annual synergy target of the company. CHESIR held a simple but grand welcoming ceremony for the CQV team and presented them with a notebook with the message from the chairman , for the CQV team felt the enthusiasm of CHESIR’s colleagues.
Recently, the results of Barron’s China “2023 Hong Kong-US Listed Chinese Companies CFO Elite 100” evaluation were announced, and the Global New Material International finance team won the award of “Excellent Finance Team of the Year”.
In order to further accelerate the collaborative integration with the famous Korean pearlescent pigment company CQV, M&A integration project team in GLOBAL NEW MATERIAL INTERNATIONAL went to CQV for a 4-day in-depth visit under the leadership of Mr. SU Ertian (苏尔田), Chairman of the Board of Directors of our company. Deloitte Consulting participated as a consulting service organization.
Recently, GLOBAL NEW MATERIAL INTERNATIONAL held a meeting for the integration project after the merger and acquisition of CQV, and hired Deloitte Consulting as a consulting service organization to accelerate the collaborative integration with CQV, a famous Korean pearlescent pigment company, and promote our internationalization process. Mr SU Ertian, our Chairman of the Board of Directors of GLOBAL NEW MATERIAL INTERNATIONAL, and all executives of the company attended the meeting.
