On the morning of November 16, Zhang Chunguang, member of the Party Committee and deputy president of PBC (the People's Bank of China ) Guangxi Branch, deputy director of SAFE (the State Administration of Foreign Exchange) Guangxi Branch, led a group to Global New Material International to carry out a research. The group brought the latest foreign exchange facilitation policy to the enterprise to boost their strategic access to the global market. On October 18, Global New Material International held the 2023 management meeting, which was attended by senior executives from this company, CQV and Chesir. From October 16th to 18th, the project integration team of CQV from Korea visited and exchanged ideas with CHESIR, mainly communicated with them on further integration and discussed on how to achieve the annual synergy target of the company. CHESIR held a simple but grand welcoming ceremony for the CQV team and presented them with a notebook with the message from the chairman , for the CQV team felt the enthusiasm of CHESIR’s colleagues.
In order to further accelerate the collaborative integration with the famous Korean pearlescent pigment company CQV, M&A integration project team in GLOBAL NEW MATERIAL INTERNATIONAL went to CQV for a 4-day in-depth visit under the leadership of Mr. SU Ertian (苏尔田), Chairman of the Board of Directors of our company. On 23rd August, we successfully held a ceremony in Korea for the completion of our acquisition of CQV (101240.KS), an internationally well-known pearlescent pigment enterprise. Mr SU Ertian, our Chairman of the Board of Directors of Global New Material International (06616.HK), Mr. CHANG Kil Wan, the former President of CQV and Mr Lim Kwang-shui, the new President attended the ceremony and delivered speeches to witness this historic moment. After the completion of the acquisition, Global New Material International will become the largest shareholder and actual controller of CQV, and achieve financial consolidation in FY 2023.
