Global New Material International Holdings Limited held a global executive meeting at Chesir on September 1, 2025. The meeting took “Deepening Synergy of Five Systems, Promoting Global Integration and High-Quality Development” as the theme, summarizing phased achievements, deploying future work, building consensus on synergy, and anchoring development directions. Su Ertian, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global New Material International, Zhou Fangchao, Jin Zengqin, Dong Wenta, Vice Presidents of GNMI, Zhu Chunlin,Vice President and Chief Integration Officer of GNMI, Shen Hui, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of GNMI, Han Jixiu, Chief Financial Officer of GNMI; Michael Weiden, Head of global business at SUSONITY, Jeff Ferrendelli, Head of strategic product management at Susonity, and Carsten Plueg, Head of global innovation and applications at Susonity; Kwang Su Lim,CQV CEO, were present at the meeting.
The interim achievements of marketing, production and quality, procurement and supply chain, research and development and technology, and human resources, were shared on the meeting and reached a series of consensuses on the coordinated development of future work. Among them, Marketing system will accelerate the construction of a “pyramid-style” brand pattern, CHESIR will leverage its cost advantage to consolidate the basic market, and CQV and SUSONITY will precisely target the mid-to-premium market. Production and quality system promotes the harmonization of key raw materials and the open sharing of data, and explores the supply synergy of raw materials such as synthetic mica and glass flake. Procurement and supply chain system explores synergistic cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and initiates material pilot projects to verify synergistic models. R&D and technology system focuses on two directions: “premium + green”, accelerating the development of high-end products such as cosmetics and weather-resistant new energy vehicles, and promoting the alternative applications of green materials such as synthetic mica. Human resources system focuses on talent development, embodies the core spirit of the enterprise, respects cultural differences, and lays the organizational foundation for global development.
Su Ertian said that the major sections have achieved fruitful results, and the collaboration between Chesir and SUSONITY and CQV is getting better and better. Technology and culture are constantly blending, and everyone’s goal is very clear and definite – to serve the overall strategy of the group and jointly seek a larger market share.
