[Company News] From September 3rd to 4th, Su Ertian, Board Chairman of Global New Material International, led the core management team of Susonity and Chesir executives to visit Susonity Korea in Seoul and the CQV factory and R&D center in Chungcheong City successively. The trip aims to gain a deeper understanding of the operation of overseas business, listen to the voices on the front line, promote the implementation of strategic synergy, and inject new impetus into the internationalization strategy of the group.
Getting an In-depth Understanding on the Front Line
At Susonity Korea in Seoul, Susonity management gave a special presentation on market expansion, customer service, channel building, and cross-border team collaboration. Chairman Su Ertian spoke face-to-face with the team, affirming Korea’s role in international customer communication and local market development. “Korean companies are not only an important frontier window for the group in Asia, but also a key platform for global customer service and market response. We need to continuously strengthen our local advantages and enhance the customer experience,” Su emphasized.
On-site Inspecting and Discussing on Innovation
At CQV factory and R&D center in Chungcheong City, Chairman Su and accompanying team went to the production line to inspect process improvement and quality control, and listened to reports on the progress of new material research and applications. Susonity and Chesir teams, in collaboration with CQV, engaged in in-depth discussions on how to leverage the strengths of the three parties, enhance product synergy, and expand into international markets, and reached a consensus on cross-selling and channel integration.
