[Company News] On the morning of June 21st, “2025 Lean Management Forum for Team Leaders” hosted by Guangxi Chesir Pearl Material Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Global New Material International, was grandly held at the company’s activity center. With the theme of “Striving for Excellence and Creating the Future Together”, the forum comprehensively showcased the outstanding contributions of team leaders in lean management by way of commendation of the advanced individuals, experience sharing, promotion of incentive systems and interactive forums, and provided a valuable platform for front-line management to exchange experiences.
Zhou Fangchao, Vice President of Global New Material International and General Manager of Chesir Pearl, Wang Lintan, Deputy General Manager of Chesir Pearl, lean management instructors, as well as department heads and shop team leaders attended the forum.
At the forum, several leading team leaders, focusing on the core topic of “on-site improvement”, shared their innovative measures in optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving quality through vivid cases and detailed data, demonstrating the lean practice results of “small improvements leading to big benefits”. These experiences not only serve as templates for other teams, but also inject new impetus into the company’s further advancement of lean management.
The forum also commended and rewarded ten outstanding team leaders for the first half of 2025. Wang Lintan,Deputy General Manager of Chesir Pearl, and the instructors presented certificate of honor and bonus to the ten outstanding team leaders in recognition of their outstanding performance in production management, on-site improvement, efficiency enhancement and teamwork.
In the field improvement session, participants engaged in in-depth and active interaction and communication on lean management, production and efficiency improvement, performance assessment, internal management, and process coordination. The participating team leaders shared their practical experience of implementing lean management in their daily work from different perspectives based on their own positions and the actual situation of their teams, demonstrating the wisdom and responsibility of grassroots managers.
In his speech, Zhou Fangchao, Vice President of Global New Material International and General Manager of Chesir Pearl, elaborated profoundly on the core position of team leaders as the backbone of lean management in the company. He called on all team leaders to take this forum as a valuable opportunity to continue to deepen their learning, be courageous in innovation, forge a high-quality team of team leaders, strengthen team building, and work together to push the management level to new heights.
