All staff conference of SUSONITY Japan, a subsidiary of Global New Material International, was successfully held in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan on March 27. The conference clarified the direction for the New Year’s development, further consolidated Global New Material International ‘global R&D, regional transformation’ innovation system, and injected solid Japanese precision into the group’s efforts to become a global leader in high-performance functional materials.<\/p>\n\n

All employees of SUSONITY Japan attended the conference on site, and relevant heads of Global New Material International and regional business units around the world participated in the meeting simultaneously via video link. The conference comprehensively reviewed the achievements of SUSONITY Japan’s integrated development in 2025, deployed core tasks for 2026, recognized outstanding teams and individuals of the year, and conducted in-depth discussions and reached consensus on core topics such as global coordinated development, technological innovation breakthroughs, and in-depth localization.<\/p>\n\n

At the conference, Zhou Fangchao, Executive Director and Vice President of Global New Material International, delivered a keynote speech, providing an in-depth interpretation of the group’s overall development strategy and, on behalf of the group, conveyed the affirmation and expectations of Chairman Su Ertian for the Japanese team. He said the group will provide comprehensive support for the Japanese company in terms of R&D investment, capacity upgrading and talent cultivation, and will continue to build a broader international development platform for the Japanese factory workers and promote the deep integration of “global strategy, local operation”.
