Collaboration with local universities to support industrial talent growth<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>In late October, the Onahama plant welcomed four second-year high school students from Belai Industrial High School for a three-day internship experience. From learning about factory safety procedures to hands-on practice, the students showed great interest in the new materials industry.<\/p>\n\n<p>Upon completing the internship, one of the students said, &#8220;I want to work in a factory like this in the future.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>The statement revealed a good evaluation of on-site management, safety atmosphere and team culture.<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2.
